Welcome to Simply Solutions Tax Software (SSTS). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform, website, and any related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

1. Use of Service

1.1 License – We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use SSTS solely for your business purposes as a tax preparer or related professional.

1.2 Restrictions – You may not:

Modify, copy, or resell the Service or its materials.

Use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable tax, privacy, or financial regulations.

Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the platform.

Share login credentials with unauthorized users or allow third parties to access your account.

1.3 Termination – We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

2. Accounts and Subscriptions

2.1 Account Responsibility – You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

2.2 Subscription Fees – Access to SSTS may require payment of subscription fees. By subscribing, you agree to provide accurate billing information and authorize us (via Stripe or other payment processor) to charge your account.

2.3 Renewals and Cancellations – Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled. You may cancel at any time, but fees already paid are non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. Data and Privacy

3.1 Data Ownership – You retain ownership of your client and business data.

3.2 Data Use – By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and back up your data for the purpose of providing the Service.
